For 6 years now, Desgrippes Gobé, the strategic brand management consultancy, has accompanied Air France, the leading European airline company in terms of turnover, in bringing the new brand concept to life.
The agency is responsible for the graphic guidelines of Air France’s global B2C site, which affirms the brands style by capitalizing on the line concept within a panoramic structure that evokes opening up to the world, discovery, and travel.

For this new e-commerce site, Desgrippes Gobé has created a specific « e-shopping » identity and a graphic universe which invites to pleasurable shopping

While totally respecting the elegant and refined universe of the brand, the agency has succeeded in giving this site a convivial, attractive and seductive dimension. The products on offer are showcased through a clear and well-structured organization. The dynamic navigation allows one to visualize the scope of the offer and to easily access the detail pages “zooming” into the chosen product.
 
Organized by themes and families, all the items of the Air France collection - over 300 articles (baggages, airplane models, fashion and office accessories, classic toys and other items of the Air France museum…) are merely a click away!

Users appreciate the simple and fluid buying procedure with its elegant forms that faithfully reflect the brand’s spirit. The order can be delivered throughout 12 European countries, even gift-wrapped. Delivery tracking, as well as the printing of bills are available online.

Open since summer 2005, the site will benefit in November from a promotion campaign aimed at the general public in France: Internet banners, on-board video… also conceived by the agency.
With this new site for Air France, Desgrippes Gobé continues to accompany the brand throughout all its Internet strategy.
